- Couples Membership is reserved for those who want to share the Lighthouse Private Club Membership experience with their significant other. Each member must be age 21 or older. As part of this membership category, couples may enjoy a specially-priced and customized date night dinner once a quarter in an intimate setting inclusive of a six-course meal and other surprises as discussed during your consult. Membership is $225 per month..
